This chest freezer is described as having a fast freeze option. It doesn't! After numerous phone calls and emails I finally received a response from Beko Technical. The orange 'fast freeze light ' is on to show the compressor is on. No fast freeze option on this freezer, and the manual received with it is for an older model. Falsely advertised!

A neat and tidy chest freezer it doesn’t take up to much room but surprisingly holds a lot of food. Very quiet and at a good price.

It’s not exactly what the energy rating says but way better because I’ve not taking my eyes away from my smart meter and it seems the freezer is not using any energy at all.
