Good fridge freezer. Unfortunately there was a small cosmetic problem with it. Brought it up with AO and they instantly offered to remburse 10% off the cost. So quite happy overall and great customer service which is very rare nowadays.

Looks good, fridge has good shelving, draws in freezer feel a bit brittle though

This BEKO Fridge / Freezer was purchased as it has Four Freezer Drawers and a Large Larder Fridge. The silver finish is distinctive and serves our needs perfectly. In fact we are using it in our garage as a second Fridge / Freezer. It does every thing we need it to do. We initially ordered a shorter BEKO model which lacked the four freezer drawers, but I want to commend the service from AO as they did not create a drama when I requested a return and replacement for this model. This kind of customer service is exceptional in this day and age and we promptly received an appointment to collect and deliver. So Thanks to AO

The fridge freezer was exactly as advertised, I am very pleased with it. I also really appreciated the efficient delivery and removal of the old fridge.

Needed a slightly smaller fridge freezer and the Beko frost free fitted that void extremely pleased with the product and would recommend AO to all good service ,prompt delivery .

This was a replacement for a 20yrs old Lec, wanted something a similar size, frost free, and a 50/50 split if possible....the Beko is 60/40. This Beko would suit two people ideally....not a family. No that the freezer compartment is small, due to the ' frost free' system, which has a fan that circulates air around the compartment and this takes up extra space.....you have to look at this as a bit of a trade off, for me it's worth it. Pleasantly surprised at just how quite the Beko is when running, so a plus point there. All in all I'm pleased with this purchase and the delivery from ao.com. If this last anywhere near the years I had the Lec, I'll be more than happy. Recommend ??
