I originally purchased this item in August/September 2021 and by July 2022 it was making a dreadful noise which resulted in 2 engineer visits, 2 videos, and a final diagnosis of a faulty compressor. Two further engineer visits were cancelled due to the non-arrival of the compressor so AO/Beko replaced the item under warranty in August 2022. It's the first time I've had an issue with a Beko fridge/freezer under warranty. It's a medium sized fridge/freezer, suitable for a single person or couple. Nothing intricate or fancy about the construction. It performed well for the first 10 months but I would have expected at least 5 years' service from it, hence the 3*. It's manual defrost so requires upkeep and my fingers are crossed that the new one lasts longer than 11 months.

Great value for money, suitable for summer house

Our fridge/ freezer broke down on one of the hottest weekends of the year!!! I ordered our new one on Sunday morning from A.O knowing they would be able to deliver faster than anyone else. They didn't let me down..our new appliance arrived at 8am on Monday morning. It is the perfect size for our kitchen and has every function I need.

Does the job, fits the space, right size for small flat, happy. Only note was that plug lead was disappointingly short so had to use an extension lead. A big plus is that the temperature control dial is out of the way of being knocked. (The previous fridge had internal on off switch on the inside by door hinge that got knocked a few times to off! Not a great design feature. )

Seems to work well, happy with it. It was really noisy but realised it didn’t need to to be turned to that low a temperature. Now properly quiet.

A great wee fridge/freezer for my mum ( a bit smaller than her last one which lasted 22 years!!! Works as a fridge/freezer should, let’s hope it lasts as long as her old one ??

Amazing fridge freezer both with a lot of space, added extras of ice cube trays and egg trays included. Very quite also.

Great product for the price. If you want a basic non flashy product this is perfect for your requirements. Very quiet and good room for a family of four. 3 good size drawers in the freezer compartment. Highly recommend
