Only had it a week but so far I think it's great, Fits in to a very small kitchen, looks good, It's quiet compared to my old fridge, it doesn't seem to be frosting up, it holds more than I thought it would, The freezer drawers are a good size and slide in and out really easily (my last fridge/freezer the drawers were really awful), I had to move my delivery date and time due to isolating and the customer service team and delivery team were brilliant and very helpful. My first AO purchase but definitely not my last.
