    Nice looking unit

    5/5
Bigger than I thought, my old fridge didn’t get as cold and the freezer took everything from my old under counter freezer with room to spare.

Could do with 4 adjustable feet but great fridge

    4/5
Fridge has been great so far only downside there is only 2 adjustable feet at front and none at the back so there was a bit of wobble but I bought a couple adjustable feet from local tool shop and fitted on spare holes at back so now it stands great.

    It’s a fridge and a freezer

Replacement for Beto CDA 647F which went into terminal decline after over 13 years of faithful service. Compared to the old model this is generally an improved product: noticeably quieter, slightly smaller footprint, more modern interior with LED light, external appearance less rounded and much sharper. A few niggles: Despite having a nominally larger freezer capacity I cannot store as much food as in the older one. This seems to be down to (a)the drawers being chunkier, and (b) the fact that the top compartment now has a drawer rather than a drop down front. The difference isn’t huge (a couple of loaves of bread) but is a bit of a pain. The Beko user manual states that the drawers should be taken out to get maximum freezer capacity: worth bearing in mind if you are comparing different makes/models before buying one. Being really nitpicky, it was disappointing that the freezer doesn’t’t have a shallow ice cube drawer like the old model (an ice cube tray is, however, supplied). And there is no longer a supplied egg holder for putting in the fridge door racks. Hardly deal breakers, but a little disappointing for me. Overall this seems to be a reasonably-priced fairly basic model. At the moment it is doing what it is supposed to do. It only remains to see whether it enjoys as long a trouble free life as its predecessor.
