Excellent, I love it

As described going from standard fridge freezer to this American style, we now have ample space for are food and for first time space to put drinks in as well. Nice pleasant delivery service. Nice and stress free. Recommend.

Really lovely item looks a lot more expensive than it was

Lovely looking appliance, very quiet when on and surprising amount of room inside , we are extremely happy with our purchase. Good finish not too glossy looking and smart display , looks smart amongst our built in units , and very easy to manoeuvre into place as casters move in all directions not just backwards and forwards. Easy to level too , very pleased with our purchase. Only negative no egg tray or wine rack just shelves inside fridge section.

This fridge freezer offers excellent value for money and provides plenty of storage space. The LED lighting is a nice feature that enhances usability. However, there’s an issue that caught me off guard. My kitchen has a designated space for the fridge freezer, and while this model fits within the gap, I didn’t anticipate that the doors would require a couple of inches of clearance on either side to fully open due to their axis of rotation. The doors pivot outwards rather than rotating within the frame, which means they extend beyond the fridge’s width when opened. As a result, the fridge now has to protrude slightly from the recess, which is frustrating. I’m unsure if this is a design limitation of the fridge itself or an oversight in AO's product descriptions, but clearer guidance about the door clearance requirements would help future buyers. I chose this model because I’d read reviews of other fridges with similar clearance issues and hoped this one would avoid the problem. Unfortunately, it didn’t, so this is an important consideration if your space is tight. That said, the fridge itself performs well, and I don’t believe the issue is entirely the product’s fault. However, improving AO’s advertising to highlight details like door clearance and axis of rotation would enhance the overall customer experience.
