Beautiful looking cooker but the main oven door failed after four uses. Jammed shut and skewed so it damaged paintwork on top oven door. After much gentle coaxing of the door and appalling customer service from manufacturer and warranty service provider, I managed to open the door to find the screw in the top hinge had been put in incorrectly. Now waiting for a service engineer to attend and put the faults right. Beware of the rather low oven temperatures too. Took almost four hours to roast a chicken supposedly on 200 degrees!

Beautiful cooker, very stylish and elegant. Haven’t used it yet as waiting for our kitchen to be fitted

Looks great in my small kitchen, nice to have an alternative to chrome or black.

We love our new cooker! I'm especially liking the hot plate which is great to cooking anything from flat breads to streak, a great addition. This cooker only arrived 2 weeks before Christmas and managed so well in providing Christmas dinner for 8…all very impressive.

This cooker was new just before Christmas so not long to get used to it before cooking a full Christmas dinner in style. It managed the turkey crown on one shelf, the potatoes on the top shelf and the stuffing and sausages on the bottom shelf, I used the top oven to keep things warm once cooked and warm the plates. So Im happy. The temperatures seem correct, as a cake I made today in the top oven took the time the recipe stated. Ive used the grill and that seems to work well, I'm used to a gas grill so electric has taken a bit of getting used to and it takes a bit longer. Im really pleased with it and would recommend to anyone in the market for an oven that looks like this one.

Very good cooker

This is a great cooker and I am so delighted with it and the service I received from AO. The build quality is excellent. I really missed my big range cooker when I moved to a smaller house but this fits in perfectly.

Excellent, easy to use & a variety of different cooking facilities for a 60cm cooker
