The Product is light and easy to use, which we Love,It is a pain that the Battery doesn’t last very Long ,But not Too Bad .We Will consider getting another one if it’s Required.Not yet Noticed if the Shaggy pile Rug is Deep cleaned,After Vacuumed,As we Did it with our Vac before going on Holiday. so We’re very Good with all Aspects of our Sales.Very Great full To Everyone at The so team. I bought this product after a lot of research into the best option of a cordless vacuum that didn’t cost the earth. This consistently came in the top few for value for money and I was not disappointed when it arrived. It’s easy to use and very efficient. Definitely better than my previous, much dearer, cord free vacuum.

Good product, light, easily assembled, great with cat hair

Our daughter recommended this having owned one for a while. We have now bought two, one Blade 4 and one Blade four pet, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They are absolutely brilliant and I cannot quite believe how much fluff and dirt these remove from our carpets (which, embarrassingly, I thought were quite clean!). In addition to this, their after sales service is second to none - the floor head stopped working the second time we used it (the brush did not rotate and the lights would not come on) and, although it was last Saturday (24th July), there was an agent on the chat line who arranged for an immediate replacement which arrived on Monday the 26th!
