Great product

I have very serious reservations about this fridge/freezer. It is of pleasant appearance, ergonomically designed and capacious. BUT!!! I have serious reservations about its temperature control. It worked well for five days, freezer at -18C and fridge at 1.9C - perfect. Then, suddenly, freezer rose to -4c and fridge to >4C without any ambient changes. I transferred everything, reluctantly, to other devices and left it running - it slowly recovered and overshot to -25C and back to -7C in the same day and the fridge to sub zero and above! it then stabilised to -18C and I put the food back, but its temperature control is all over the place! Undisturbed, it seems to be able to maintain -18c, but if you open a door, it takes several hours to recover (if it does!!!). I have booked an engineer, but deferred for a week, because I want to investigate it thoroughly with a data logger and see what is going on in the fridge and in the freezer. I will record 24 hour observations at 2 minute intervals. I want to know what is actually happening to the food inside and will be monitoring that as well as the internal air temperature of the devices . I will report back; I am not convinced that this device offers safe food storage which is a shame because it markets as good value, appears to well designed and supply fro AO was excellent. Very disappointing to have spent so much money and have this concern a week after delivery.!

Amazing fridge freezer. So happy with the size and has lots of features such as airflow and an alarm that sounds if the door has been left open. Great when you have kids. Great value for money and would highly recommend
