Great little vacuum. Light and easy to move around with very long cable and telescopic tube. I no longer need to unplug several times to clean my small bungalow. I don't have any pets, but the turbo head is great for picking up my long hair from the carpet. Bit of a pain removing the hair from it, but I'm pleased it actually picks it up. All in all, am happy with my purchase.

The Miele Cat and Dog replaced the Miele Animal which I had for 14 years. The best vacuum cleaner by a mile: light and easy to use, but above all, effective.

Nice powerful hoover. Soft start up to full power and very quiet. Would recommend, looks great too.

Again another excellent product from Miele. This is the same model as previously owned but this one being a lot lighter is easier to carry up and down the stairs. It has the same excellent cleaning capabilities as previous model but designed better with added extras.
