We bought the C2 to replace our old Miele vacuum that has served us well for many years but finally gave up. A great vacuum cleaner but disappointing it did not come with the usual essential accessories that we will now have to buy separately, like a nozzle and brush attachment.

Amazing product. So easy to use and light. I am a 71year old lady and so light to carry up stairs and really impressed with Miele. This product was recommended and it hasn’t disappointed.

I have had a Miele vacuum cleaner before and was disappointed when it went wrong .So I automatically brought another as I was so pleased with it . It lasted me for at least 10 years . My new one has built in tools compartment which is so handy.

So far so good - good clear instructions on how to assemble the vacuum cleaner and advice on getting new dust bags, neither of which came with my last vacuum cleaner, and so far it is working well, plenty of suction when needed but can be adjusted when I need a gentle touch.

Amazing device, great vacuum cleaner. It comes with all the accessories you'll need. It has many different suction power settings. Easy to use up the stairs and not too heavy. It even has a quiet mode. They don't supply any extra busy bags or filters, so you'll have to order those separately. I think the only complaint I have, is that when you use it on carpet with a thick pile, it leaves lines all over the place, the brushes underneath must stick out slightly, that's just a bit annoying for my slightly OCD nature, hense the 4 stars. Other than that I'm very happy with it.
