Arrived earlier than expected, which was good! I ordered the wrong vacuum but it all turned out ok in the end. Miele customer service are brilliant, as are AO customer service Good vacuum too!

High quality and affordable

Brilliant product, this is the second Miele I have brought and this one is an improvement on the fist one (which is still running after over 10 years. I would recommend Miele.

I purchased this vacuum cleaner about a month ago and I'm very happy with it. The suction is very good and picking up all dog hair, it is excellent on the hard floors and carpets, not heavy and easy to pull around the house. All accessories are on board( veeeeery handy!)so I actually use them unlike with other hoovers that I had before that I put them in the cupboard and forgot about it. Very happy with the product and would definitely recommend it.

I’ve just purchased my second Miele vacuum cleaner, the other I had for 12 years but it finally gave up the ghost and I had absolutely no hesitation in ordering another. I love, love, love these hoovers.
