Vacuum is a great little machine. Very easy to maneuver around the house. Great suction and very versatile. There was a slight issue with missing tools, however AO were very helpful and Miele provided the missing tools. Great product, great customer service.

We have had a Miele Cat & Dog vacuum cleaner for around 40 years; this being the second one. Whatever the surface, this cleaner does a good job.
