I bought this cleaner to replace a previous model that is at least 10 years old ...replacement is because the hinges on cover for on board storage tools have broken off and also as it’s a heavy cleaner to move around.. The new replacement C2 tango is an excellent replacement is lighter to manoeuvre and so far is very effective at pick up .I've just had a new bedroom carpet fitted and discovered it’s not easy to clean.. the C2 has a rug setting which is perfect for the carpet.. even though the maximum wattage of the C2 is less than previous model (1600 watts) it is just as good on cleaning capacity. . I had considered a rechargeable cleaner but decided on the C2 bagged vacuum instead , partly because I liked the previous model and secondly because of the price. All in all I’m very pleased with my purchase at an excellent price to boot..

Really pleased - prefer it to the blue junior Miele and it was cheaper. Has a longer flex and different power settings including a quieter economy setting. Very happy.

We are Miele fans and know the brand lasts forever!. It is beautifully designed and the red is a fantastic colour. We never worry about it working other than perfectly which is why we always buy Miele.

Great vacuum for the money. I purchased the optional turbo head and it completely transforms the vacuums ability and makes it more like an upright with the benefits of a smaller compact. Great build quality and more suction than you would have thought a small vacuum should produce. Attachments are built in and are a one stop shop for all you vacuuming needs

A great cleaner excellent suction with great accessories for all applications. Can't fault it... Easy enough to put together, easy enough to use, great quality.

Used on hard wooden floors, rugs and cobwebbing/dusting so far. I have found all the functions very good. I particularly like the adjustable suction power - since the suction on this vacuum seems to be at least double that of my (very) old bagged vacuum. It’s probably not the lightest machine available but it’s very manoeuvrable and easy to carry upstairs without banging on your legs. The onboard tool caddy is a big plus when moving between floors. My old vacuum (not a Miele) lasted 30 years. I own a Miele washing machine (21 years old) and I’m hoping that the build quality of this vacuum lives up to the Miele longevity record… When it was delivered, I was surprised to find that this model was manufactured in China. I can only hope that Miele quality extends to this model, as it wasn’t a particularly cheap option. I hope I’ll be a satisfied customer in 20 years time!
