I'm really pleased with this vaccum cleaner, it has great suction leaves my carpets spotless. It is easy to carry upstairs. It's so easy to store with the clip at the side, also the handy tools stored in the vaccum. It's not too noisy either. Really happy with my purchase.

Great suction. Even picked up some of the fluff sitting on the joists between our floorboards!

Service was excellent as always. Miele vacuum cleaners are the best at picking as the suction is very strong and the air released back into the room is very clean. The hose is very good as it doesn’t twist like other brands. Xxx

This is an excellent vacuum cleaner. It has plenty of oomph and sucks up dirt very efficiently - and relatively quietly. The machine and the tools are well built and durable. The power cord is a good length and the cord retractor works better than in any other brand I've used. The dust bags are easy to source and to install/remove. In addition to the tools included, Miele makes some very useful other ones, via their own store - e.g. a long crevice tool that makes getting crud out from under fridges and furniture a breeze! We've tried several vacuum brands over the decades but Miele machines have become our favourites because they're so reliable. We're glad we bought this one.

Good vacuum, but a little too strong! get a real work out of hoovering the house now!
