Excellent service from AO from ordering to delivery. I had this hoover in the past and it lasted over 10 years. It's a great hoover if you have pets.

Can't fault it, although didn't realise it wasn't the cat and dog version as didn't know there were multiple versions of the C3 vacuum cleaner so definitely keep in mind! Works really well though, very durable and tucks away well when storing.

Excellent product, replaced a previous model that was exactly the same that lasted close to 20 years without a single issue. Just time for a refresh and made the right choice.

Wonderful cleaner,fantastic suction, very well designed and feels made well. We bought the same cleaner nearly 30 years ago and it is still working, passed it on to my daughter who is also lmpressed. Well done Miele

Very powerful vacuum and attachments useful

The motors and suction on these hoovers are great. My only issue is the hose and attachments, I find they break after a while and I've struggled to get spare parts
