I wish I'd never seen this cooker. Countless problems with the facade: The icons rubbing off during general cleaning, the knobs being replaced twice due to heat damage from opening the oven, and the red temperature lights for the ovens falling back and inside. All forgivable if the customer service from Belling had been acceptable but it has been appalling. I think the 'engineer' has been 5 or 6 times and now we have to contact them again there is yet another problem. Do yourself a favour and avoid. I am considering whether I can afford to write off this cooker and just buy something else, drastic I know but I have had enough and it's not worth the hassle.
