Rubber securing ring detached after a month causing a leak. After re-attaching it just fell off again.

Very pleased with this product. Lots of quick wash options, easy to install and use Big drum and very efficient!

This is a great product. We like the large 9kg drum, but more importantly, we really like the energy saving wash cycles. Our previous machine would take up to two hours to complete the wash, it now takes fifty nine minutes with the clothes as clean as I would normally expect. The controls are very simple to use and the washing machine feels very robust. I also like the ten year guarantee on parts.

Brilliant size machine for the drum size. The controls are very basic and it doesn’t have a quick wash. The normal load washes are all over an hour from what I can figure out. Is reasonably quiet but has a high pitched whirring noise- so if you’re sensitive to this kind of thing I wouldn’t recommend. If you can afford it definitely go with a more expensive model- we had a Samsung ecowash before and couldn’t fault it- we’ll be getting another when we can afford it.

Great washer plenty of programs and door opens wider than our old machine so a lot easier to load
