Great washing machine, super easy to use. Timer counts down the minutes so fully aware of how long the cycle has left. Have not managed to work out how to weigh the clothes though as cannot find a button or dial for the KG scales. Spin works amazing and clothes especially bedding come out almost dry. Machine is really quiet even on a max spin. Really happy i chose this machine.

I purchased this a few weeks ago and have used it for a few washes. It's efficient and value for money. However, recently, it started to display error messages, which I'm troubleshooting with customer care. The only bit I felt clunky was the detergent socket, which was relatively small and short and didn't leave much space to pour the detergent in. However, this is a minor issue, given its price point.

Great machine, cleans well, no residues, good range of options and customizable options. Bit loud when rinse spinning but that's expected.

Lot's of different programmes that my other washer didn't have. It also look lovely!
