Great product, various setting to choose from and very quiet!

So far so good, in a small utility room but very quiet and efficient, east to operate and empty.

It’s necessary to remove the front of the dryer and access the water tray from the most awkward place possible. Useful for the elderly relative that I purchased it for.

Really disappointed with this product. It’s necessary to remove the front of the dryer to access to water tank which is located in the most awkward place at the bottom. I bought this for an elderly relative and it’s useless as they can’t use it.

Good tumble drier for the monry. Not sure about the smart function. But dries well with a good choicenof drying cycles

No option for left/right door opening. Disappointed.

Delayed start delays indefinately! This was an essential feature so very disappointed. I have reported the issue to Candy and an engineer will hopefully fix in a few days. But, I expect features to work as documented on delivery. Water collects at floor level. I couldn't believe the bottle was located right at the bottom of the machine. I thought there must be another but, no, that's the only one. It's awkward to empty and some water is usually spilled. Also, it's behind a panel that I expect to break in a year or two from being repeatedly removed and snapped back into place. Noisy. Coming from a washer dryer this is significantly louder than I am used to. It seemed to be the nosiest condenser dryer on the AO website when I checked - not by much so maybe tumble driers are simply loud. Would be good if AO highlighted this. Hieroglyphics on front panel. Whilst I quickly learned which programmes I need, I keep the manual close to translate when I'm trying a new programme. Room for improvement. Makes room warmer. Reasonable for a consender dryer, perhaps, but unexpected coming from a washer dryer and not welcome in the summer. Smart Touch? Too complex. Needs Candy log in. Probably requires Android phone. Underwhelmed but was never a key feature for me

Very very slow drying....need around 3,5 hours. I don’t like, but I don't have a time to change.
