I love this dryer so far. Easy to use, I haven't tried the quick touch with my phone yet but the buttons are so easy I'm not sure I need to. Water is easy to empty but ifound the cover on the bottom that you remove to access the water bottle a little flimsy hence the 4 stars. Great product for the price though.

Water tank is a bit small and in a hard to reach place at the bottom of the machine. It’s square and flat so tricky to remove and carry without spilling! Also the side vent is a bit annoying. The guidance notes say that the side vent needs clearance but doesn’t say how much space! It’s also quite annoying that it is on the side so you can’t put it in small spaces. It’s disappointing that it only works with Android devices in the smart functionality. I would point out that most of this was known when I purchased it, this is a review of the product rather than a case of not realising what I was buying.

Good working product worth every penny

Delivery was on time. Product is great, no problems. Not too heavy and instruction guide is understandable.

Great value for money, works well and looks modern. Has lots of different programs to use and haven’t as yet tried the program to operate from my phone? Very pleased with the purchase and AO delivery service which was excellent.

Good value, competitively priced, delivered for free, I have used ao.com for multiple appliances with no issues. Dryer is easy to use and has smart tech so uses the minimum amount of power required until washing is dry
