This is a very good product. It has lots of features but is also very simple to use. The water drawer is at the top which makes it very simple to empty and the filter that collect the fluff is also good and easy to clean out (unlike some we have had in past) The simplicity and ease of use is its main strengths. And of course the easy to load large drum. It switched itself off when thing are at the correct "dryness) that you have chosen which is good energy saving feature. Our last one would just keep going intermittently until we switched it off.. this one is great if forgetful like me. Very happy with this purchase and would do so again without hesitation.
