Excellent delivery service lovely guys who bought it to the house. Really pleased with this tumble dryer. Love that the water empties from the inside of the door. A++ rating so cost effective too. Highly recommend.

First time purchase of a heat pump dryer. Seems to be good after a few loads. If it had a timer on the front it would have been 5 stars. I would recommend.

so far so good, dries clothes and a full load uses around 1KWh (30p of electricity on my tariff). Also it only consumes a max of 600 watts at any one time which feels safer than my old one which drew 2Kw. I have solar panels so it effectively runs for free when the conditions are right. As a dryer it is easy to use (we just use cotton setting) and it auto senses when the stuff is dry. It does take a bit longer than a normal dryer but the energy and cost savings are well worth it.

A good machine at a very good price from AO. It is rather noisy at the start of cycles and takes a long time to dry. I would however buy again at the price as it is a good energy saver.
