I bought this because of it’s energy efficiency. I was warned they take longer to dry things, but I can’t say I’ve really noticed that. It’s a little bit noisier than my old condenser dryer, but not by enough to worry about. I’ve not had it long enough to notice the electricity consumption. Easy to clean and empty.

Never heard of a heat pump tumble dryer so did some quick research and after discovering they are more energy efficient I opted to buy this one. Same brand as my washing machine. Really impressed with how quiet it is, seriously makes my old condenser sound like a jet engine! Like there is no drawer to collect water all the water is collected in to a removable case inside the clear door, that's actually fun to watch as it fills up however, I may not have bought if I had known because I live in a hard water area and I'm worried about it scaling up over time, and looking unsightly. Lots of programs but this is a down 1 star issue. I like to decide how much I turn it on for and so far most programs run between 3, 6 and 9 hours. I've never had a tumble dryer run 9 hours EVER! And I really don't see why I would now. Express does a 45min cycle which seems to be my go to program but it would be nice if I could use my own judgement n not rely on a machine to make the decision. Just the same for this thing where u pair with your phone, still don't understand that! Cos I have to be there yo put the washing in St why wouldn't I just turn the dial??! Maybe I'm stupid I dunno but seems pretty pointless to me! Overall a great machine but manufacturers always let it down with standardised programs, let's just have dome times on there please!

Seems to be ok, running costs are way cheaper than a conventional dryer, build quality ok so far after a couple of weeks

It's quiet, it's efficient and it's quick. Everything you want in a tumble drier, worth the extra cost over a condenser drier. Turns itself off when washing is dry rather than you having to guess how long it'll take. Water collection tank in door is easy to see and easy to empty. Only downside is the NFC Smart functionality doesn't work with an iPhone, but does a tumble drier really require "Smart" features?

Good product , takes longer than I thought it would to dry the clothes but if it’s helping the planet then I’m ok with that + plus no vent out if the wall to unblock .

The tumble dryer works as it should, love the idea that the water is collected on the door as it’s far easier to empty. Granted it takes a little longer to dry but that’s due to the heat pump and you can’t complain if it’s saving you energy!
