Delivered as promised tracking information good. Candy Tumble dryer arrived in good condition. Working well easy to see water level in door and empty being A++ hopefully more economic than old machine.

I wanted a dryer that produced less eternal heat and condensation in my enclosed utility room and this is just the job! Having the option of plumbing it into the waste water is a bonus, though the door mounted water collector is easy to empty and being visible, reminds everyone to do so, so we're using that for now. It takes a longer to dry clothes than my old vented dryer, but they come out lovely and soft, with far fewer creases. The super energy efficiency is a bonus which will soon pay for the investment. All round, I'm very pleased.

Great product .exactly as advertised

Smart looking machine with a good energy rating. My smart meter still shows low usage when this machine is on. The reservoir for the condensed water is in the door making it very easy to just lift out and empty. I haven't tried the smart touch function. I don't see the point of it as it does not work remotely.

Dries just as quick as my old non heat pump model hopefully they’ll be a saving on electric bill ??

Really easy to use and fairly quiet when turned on, I would recommend it to anyone
