The tumble dryer works as it should, love the idea that the water is collected on the door as it’s far easier to empty. Granted it takes a little longer to dry but that’s due to the heat pump and you can’t complain if it’s saving you energy!

Seriously regret this purchase! It is the most complicated tumble dryer to use and I’m tech savvy! It’s also noisy and not very efficient

Easy to use, not too noisy. Clothes come dry without you having to guess how much time they need with the “smart touch” setting. The water reservoir in the door is easy to empty. Only problem is it has a funny smell inside the dryer - probably because it’s new & it will wear off in time. Also it seems to stay on even when the load is finished - the little light stays on which seems to indicate it’s using electricity which seems wasteful.

wanted a drain kit but cannot find one. takes a bit of trial and error to get the settings/dryness we like but figured it out now.

So far a fantastic machine, water collector very easy to empty. Cannot comment on reliability as only been used a few times. Delivery very smooth.

Absolutely love this tumble dryer!!! There are so many drying options to choose from so your bound to be able to dry any garment without issue. The water storage in the door makes it so much easier to empty out rather than a draw underneath. Also the double filter is amazing for picking out the fluff. It’s perfect! Super happy.
