It’s cheaper to run and doesn’t take much longer to dry. Really pleased with it.

Not quite sure on this product, bedding is an absolute nightmare with no reverse action, it all tangles into a ball and had to keep untangling it so let’s all the heat out :((( . Yes it’s noisy, yes it takes longer but that’s no a problem it just the bedding ??

Drying time is quick ,water colection on door is a great feature and is easy to see and empty

a bit dubius on buying a heat pump machine but we have been pleasantly surprised. it does take longer to dry than our old one but by about an hour but uses a lot less electricity and tat was the point in buying it. very happy at the moment letd dee how long it lasts

Had this dryer for a few weeks, easy to work, quiet and quicker than expected.

Very please with this heat pump tumble dryer. 95% of the time it sounds like everyother dryer, 5% it can be a little noisey when water is drained from the bottom to the door which is only a few mintures every now and then. Wetter the items longer the cycle. I love the mixed item setting, it allows you to throw everything in. All items come out feeling steamed and fresh not over dryed that some dryers do meaning the sensors work perfect.
