Never owned a tumble dryer before so went into this with very little knowledge, Very easy to set up. I was concerned about the noise it made but have been told that heat pump tumble dryers do make a bit of an odd noise to your standard sort of dryer. Works absolutely beautifully and means I can keep on top of the washing throughout the winter now. It does take a while longer than a standard tumble dryer as my friend has a normal condenser dryer and hers seems to dry quicker than mine BUT being said I have taken note of the electric consumption due to being on a tight budget and I can happily say it hasn't really effected my electricity readings. I use it about 3 times a week & it only adds on about 5p an hour to my electric reading from my in home display so I'm thoroughly impressed. I've knocked of a star as the pictures are very misleading as it shows your able to control this unit via WiFi which is UNTRUE. You can only use NFC with this product. You have to get the higher spec dryer to make use of the WiFi capabilities. If like me I was looking forward to controlling my tumble dryer from the comfort of my bed, I was very very disappointed in this. AO have said unfortunately it's an issue with the manufacturer as they are the ones that supply the images for the product so I'm currently going through a miss sale complaint with them. BUT all in all a really good dryer and great for the price

Happy with the tumble dryer. It is noisy, as other people have said about heat pump dryers, compared to vented. Dries clothes ok, once i worked out the programs.

Works really well and much simpler to use than old one. Hopefully will keep the bills down too due to the heat pump technology.

Great dryer. Is more noisy than my previous one and takes longer. However, the savings on electricity more than make up for it!

One of the cheapest priced but one of the highest reviewed and I can see why!! Lots of different cycles that are easy to use. It works out when the clothes are dry and turns off so helps with speed and saving energy which is great. Love how the water collects in the door. Can even dry football kits and jeans in it which I've never done before with a tumble dryer. All in all an excellent product and saves you pennies in cost and in the long run with it's A++ rating!!

Very pleased with our purchase! Does a good job of drying the clothes. Such a upgrade from having a washer dryer to this!
