The dryer does exactly what it says on the box! It uses a lot less electricity than my old unit roughly runs at 30% of my old dryer very happy ??

Takes a bit longer than my old one but cheaper to run which is a win so far loving it

Only used it a few times so far, but seems very good. I like that you can select how dry you want your items to be, the water is easy to empty and so is the lint container. The correct programs are not always obvious, for example for towels you use the Whites setting. But I'm sure we'll get used to that soon enough. Overall very happy with it.

I like the way this looks and functions however we have found that it doesn’t always completely dry the loads of washing and it needs to be put on again sometimes.

It’s a nice looking appliance, but it took 2 hours 15 mins to dry some knickers, socks, t-shirts and a few other things, it wasn’t a full load. I’ve tried using the rapid programme which is 45 mins but after running it twice took the washing out and hung on an airer. I am not pleased with it and would never buy a heat pump tumble dryer again. If I could get a refund I would and buy a normal condensing tumble dryer

Machine is a little noisy and also the water container is in the door and window of the machine leaving it misty until after a long time it clears up

Love that the water collects in the front of the dryer. But everything takes ages to dry. Very good on electric, hardly uses any.

Absolutely brilliant dryer the water container in the door is great no more trying to tip a long draw into the sink wich we had to do with our old condenser dryer
