Great little tumble dryer. Got some efficient programmes

Great experience with this company.. Never used them before. Everything very straight forward, easy to order etc. The delivery was on time and driver was courteous and helpful. The tumble dryer has been brrilliant, fast drying time and does it even with a full load. Looks great, the cost was great. Very happy with AO standards and operation. One happy customer.

A big shout out to Dan who was incredibly helpful, called me back when he said he would, had 3 way conversations with Candy to get this issue resolved. He was excellent. Really surprised how good the customer service has been. My product review: This is the worst product I have ever bought. It is supposed to be a machine that drys clothes. This is certainly not the case! It rolls the clothes in to balls leaving them wet apart from the top layer. Duvets and bedding are wrapped in to neat little parcels, but not dry! This is definitely not fit for purpose and I will be contacting A.O to collect it and refund me!

No reverse spin so bedding and towels will never get dry and just go in to a ball , clothes need to be put on twice to get them dry so cost more money . I wish I had spent more money and purchased a better on.

Needs to have a timer dial as sometimes only want to air clothes.
