Ordered this about a month ago, however I did not read the specs fully and this model does not have a reverse cycle. Bedding is a to deal with as you need to stop and untangle the sheets. I have not returned this tumble dryer as I am now used to it. Drying is easy but does take a little longer as machine does not get hot. It's more a warm heat which some how I feel it's better. Plenty of different setting to help you with your drying. I will give it 4 stars. Would I buy this again, yes if I could not find one with reverse tumble action. Vented dryer are being phased out which is a shame.

The tumble dryer works very well and was easy to fit up. However the time taken even for the short spin which at 3 hours would not be energy efficient. I was not able to select a ‘ set up ‘ of the product on line and was lucky it was easy to get it done

Great dryer, has plenty functions and takes large loads! Only thing that lets it down is the machine only turns one way so bedding and towels take a bit longer to dry. Been great for a family of 5 and would recommend!
