Not having any of the problems others mentioned since using wooden tumble dryer balls. Dries quickly and efficiently and extremely quiet.

Poor drying performance. No reverse action. Sheets and duvet covers tangle into a ball, despite using all the recommended anti-tangle devices..Would not recommend this machine

Don’t buy. Doesn’t dry bedding or towels as doesn’t get hot enough and has to be on for hours. Bedding bunches up so you’re constantly having to open and shake out. Tried all the different settings, will be calling AO for a replacement

Too difficult to use stuff comes out damp or No reverse action so bedding comes out as one massive damp ball. Keep away

No reverse action. Sheets and quilt covers have to be taken out every ten minutes to be untangled as they've been screwed up into a ball, otherwise they won't dry.
