Worst tumble dryer I've ever bought. Instructions are poor and drying bedding is hopeless. There is no reverse action so just tumbles sheets into a ball. Only had it 18 months and cant wait to replace it.

I was disappointed from the start especially as I’d gone for candy as I’d had the candy grade O for 10 years and it was a wonderful dryer. The drying time awful, the fact that the drum doesn’t reverse causing bedding to become one big ball that’s really difficult to untangle. But now 19 months in its overheating to the point it’s cracked the plastic of the plug socket and is unusable. Outside of warranty a repair is not worth it so will be buying a different brand. Waste of £270

I bought 2 of these together and they are not what I expected based on the description. The heat is minimal and takes ages to dry items. I would’ve returned them but because they have now been used I will not be refunded. I do not recommend this item.

It's a good dryer, but quite complicated until you get your head round all the different settings. Drys things nicely though.

Great tumble dryer works really well and clothes come out totally dry. Tried a few different cycle options and all have been good. Would recommend

Fine for drying small items but absolutely useless for sheets and duvet covers, the drum doesn’t reverse, consequently large items end up in a damp tight ball. Very disappointed with this product.

Excellent value and very efficient performance. Would recommend.
