Do not buy this product if you want to dry clothes in it. The worst dryer I have had. Clothes, particularly bedding and towels, are screwed up into a tiny ball and come out as wet as when you first put them in. Unless you have time to open the door every 5 mins during the cycle and shake the clothes around then do not buy this product. Candy customer services were no help and suggested using a dryer ball which makes no difference whatsoever. AO customer services were however very helpful. I am disposing of this one and I have had to spend a lot more money on a different dryer that hopefully dries clothes.

Great experience with this company.. Never used them before. Everything very straight forward, easy to order etc. The delivery was on time and driver was courteous and helpful. The tumble dryer has been brrilliant, fast drying time and does it even with a full load. Looks great, the cost was great. Very happy with AO standards and operation. One happy customer.

A big shout out to Dan who was incredibly helpful, called me back when he said he would, had 3 way conversations with Candy to get this issue resolved. He was excellent. Really surprised how good the customer service has been. My product review: This is the worst product I have ever bought. It is supposed to be a machine that drys clothes. This is certainly not the case! It rolls the clothes in to balls leaving them wet apart from the top layer. Duvets and bedding are wrapped in to neat little parcels, but not dry! This is definitely not fit for purpose and I will be contacting A.O to collect it and refund me!
