Terrible. Drying times are ridiculous- can’t just put the dryer on for eg 20 mins - it’s all programmed for different clothe types. Haven’t yet had a completely dry load even after an hour. Who knew a dryer could be so complicated!!

A great dryer. Wasn’t immediately obvious how the settings worked, but the instructions filled in the gaps. Great service by AO. Delivered in time, friendly guys, quick and efficient service…as always!

Terrible all the bedding just rolls into a ball. Keep having to separate the covers, took hours to dry them.

This is honestly the worst purchase I have ever made. I have followed the instructions and tried most of the settings as it describes to but it still does not dry clothes. It takes 3 times of going back and starting it again until you can get them dried. I have tried just small items like underwear and it still can't get it right, never mind larger items. The biggest waste of money ever. It is taking 3 times the amount of time per load than our previous dryer. I do not recommend this product at all, it is terrible.

Now I’ve figured out which setting to use this tumble dryer is great. Quiet while running, doesn’t keep going when finished so saves energy.According to my smart meter very reasonable to run Early days but would buy again

Good product. Easy to use, not complicated to choose programs. Value for money.
