Quick to install, easy to use and hardly uses power compared to older dryer!!

The Candy listing for this product is inaccurate. It states that this dryer indicates how much time a selected drying cycle will take to complete. That is NOT the case, as confirmed by Candy engineer! The handbook is also inaccurate in that it states it is possible to set a time and drying setting for certain programmes. Again, as confirmed by engineer that is simply NOT possible. It is possible to select a time without a particular drying setting, but there is no indication of the drying setting in use when the dryer is running, which means there is no means of determining whether the dryer is on a low, medium or high setting!! The performance of the dryer is also a major issue, taking more than 4 hours to fully dry a duvet cover!! Fortunately, AO.com were able to arrange for a replacement make of dryer to be supplied. I have no hesitation in awarding AO.com 5 stars for exemplary customer service, but would not ever consider a Candy tumble dryer in the future. Date of experience: 09 January 2023

Really like the dryer easy to use great drum size and has cut my ironing time down loads hardly need to iron anything would highly recommend this dryer.

Absolutely awful, it's taking at least 4 hours to dry a medium size load of towels & a good 3 hours for clothing. Wish I had researched it beforehand but needed a replacement quickly. Complete waste of money in my opinion & will have to buy another one

I am very pleased with my new dryer ! I read some of the reviews saying it tangles the washing together during drying but I haven’t found this to be a problem. It really is a splendid machine!
