because the drum only rotates in one direction, everything gets tangled up into almost a knot,not recommended, and wish we hadnt purchased it

Delivery was scheduled between 10am and 2pm. Boys phoned at 20 to 10. Delivered bang on 10 o'clock. Boys brought it in and put it where I asked. Brilliant. Can't fault them. That's how customer service should be done......other companies take note! Oh and the dryer is just perfect top marks ao

This tumble dryer takes ages to dry anything, there are too many settings and not one for high heat. Our previous tumble dryer would take about 30 minutes, this takes at least an hour and a half, and items are still damp.
