Simple straightforward vented dryer. No complicated controls/programming. Efficient at drying all types of clothes. Previous dryer was condenser/dryer and it was like programming the space shuttle.

Great machine and service from ao, only thing I'd say is I'm not sure the nfc and app are worth it!

I think I made a mistake buying this product. It takes ages to dry even a small load. When I go to empty the machine, washing at the back or at the bottom is still damp - it can take over 4 hours to get a full load dry! Therefore it is very expensive to use, and very environmentally unfriendly. I would not recommend this product at all, and am really disappointed with it.
