I'm thrilled with my new Candy washing machine. As a Mum of two (3 and 6 years old) my machine is always on! The larger drum size means I'm putting on fewer loads but still keeping on top of things. The cycles are easy to use and can easily be adapted to increase the the time or temperature to suit the load. It's a big thumbs up from me.

All user instructions are for remote use not direct use. Had to work it out ourselves as they cost to have this information was extortion

The whole process from choosing my washing machine, ordering, paying and delivery were excellent . The company kept me up to date on the time of delivery and were very polite and helpful on delivery. The washing machine is fantastic, I’m still trying all the different combinations of washing cycles . I will definitely buy from ao again and recommend them to everyone.

Super quiet. Even has a 14 minute quick cycle.

Looks good, easy to use and has a good range of programmes. Spin is quiet and efficient. My laundry is beautifully fresh and clean.

This machine takes over 4 hours to effect the same wash (40 degrees and 1600 spin) that my old machine completed in 90 minutes. The 'Smart Wash' decides how long it is going to take as the cycle progresses - I want to turn the machine on and know when I get back the wash will be finished. Then there are a huge range of programmes I will never use. I don't suppose these 'features' are unique to Candy, they are just over-complicating the function of a washing machine. Good price point on this model.
