Unpacked and opened. Set up the machine and after first use when I opened the door water was all over the floor. On closer inspection you could see that the seal had not been correctly fitted. Although I’ve had this less than 3 hours AO will not offer a refund and the manufacturers engineers do not answer the phone so if they call don’t miss it! In the brief time I have been able to use it I also found it to be quite loud. For the money I would steer clear this brand and go for a Beko. This will be the only time I will buy a Candy product. I also really disappointed in AO as would like to have used them again but when they sell a faulty product they should offer a refund or the option to buy a different product. Not just palm it off to the manufacturer.
