We have only used it once. Programmes are a little difficult to trawl through. A little noisy. But we like it

Excellent dryer. Our ancient one packed in so bought this and the clothes dry in no time and don't come out all creased like they used to. Very good energy saving one as well.

First tumble dryer but all seems good

Really happy with this dryer still working out the settings but so easy to empty not too loud and does the job energy efficient too so no brainer tried to survive with a heated airer but bedding towels s d jeans in winter take forever so after reading up decided to buy this so far so good it does take longer than my old energy guzzling dryer but is much cheaper to run xx happy customer would recommend

On the one hand, it dries my clothes and it's relatively straight forward to plug it in and get started. Being a heat pump makes it significantly easier to use with water collection in the door than any vented dryer. However, on the other hand, understanding the programs is a complete mystery as to the suitability for program and heat settings. Whilst it is a 9kg dryer, most programs suggest a max load of 4-5kg at lower heats and the manual could do with being a lot more descriptive. Tbh I'm assuming that that's just the state of tumble dryers as a whole, so not this products fault, but something I hadn't considered before buying this. Objectively all I need is a program that matches the dryer label on my clothes
