Great product. Items are so quick to dry and it doesn't take anywhere near as much as my last one!

Read up on different types of tumble dryer and the heat pump came out best for what I needed. This was a reasonable price and had all that I needed. It tumbles a large load, it will take 2 large bath sheets and 2 hand towels easily - my old tumble dryer was practically antique so this one is great and a real pleasure to use.

Fab tumble dryer! A godsend in the winter with a young baby and endless washing. Good size to fit in our cupboard under the stairs, with a massive drum to dry a full load. Wouldn’t be without it now!

Quite an overwhelming amount of settings at first, and i’m still trying to find one which dries my clothes properly. some cool features, and definitely saves money but the jury is still out on this for me.

Does take much longer to dry but we expected that - the running costs are much much lower - couldn’t open the door initially and the manual was inside the drum … not helpful. Overall very very pleased with it

Excellent tumble dryer. When drying my smart meter shows in the green so should definitely save money compared to my old condenser machine. Neat way of collecting water in the door which is easier to empty than a traditional drawer. I felt there were way too many programs, do far I've only used in eco mode which it says is the most effective. I was initially worried about the longer drying times of these heat pump machines - dome people had said 3-4 hours! I've had no problem drying 8kg of washing (including jeans) on the 2 hour 30 minute eco program.

Bought to replace a condenser tumble dryer and the energy difference is staggering. The old one was pulling up to 2800W whereas the most I've seen this one use is 630w (but often lower). Much quieter than the old one and has the ability to control remotely although not really used this option as normally spin the dial. Having the water tank in the door is much easier to monitor and remove compared the old 'drawer' running the depth of the machine you had to carefully extract without spilling. Overall, extremely happy with the product.

Still to see on the power saving, but device easy to operate, and very quite, compared to previous device. Will see how long it lasts, bit of a concern on amount of plastic
