We upgraded from a condenser to this heat pump version and from Beko to Candy. The Candy is very modern, with wifi connection and lots more modes to selecet. The drying time is on a par, but the Candy Heat Pump definitely means less ironing as the clothes are not heated in the same high temps.

The first machine delivered was faulty and did not dry the clothes beyond damp. Candy service refused to come out as there was no error light. AO customer service was excellent and interceded on our behalf, we had an engineer out the next day, and the machine was replaced the following day. In fairness, the new customer service representative from Candy was good too - just wish my husband had logged the name of the first one. Our replacement machine has only been used a few times. The first time the washing came out slightly damp, but subsequently it has worked well. Early days but so-far okay. The double fluff collection system is honestly a faff, but the door water collection facility that is visible, is helpful. I am happy we chose to have the same replacement machine, as it’s running cost versus the relatively low purchase price makes it very good value.

With energy prices going through the roof, we decided to replace our faulty vented drier with this A++ heat pump drier. After a few mis starts with the settings we have found it works well. The drier itself is very quiet in use and being a large capacity drum it copes well with most drying tasks. So far very pleased with it, I hope the energy savings outweigh the additional cost.

The new dryer has been fantastic. When they called to confirm delivery, they also arranged to uplift the old dryer free of charge.

So easy to install. Reasonably quite (quieter than our old one but then that was OLD!) Does a good job of drying and the tank a fluff filter are both easy to empty. Still haven't sussed out the wireless app access but the washing machine is across the kitchen from it (about 3ft away) so I'm not convinced if the need to walk away from the dryer so I can use my phone to start it!

It works very well, cheap on the electricity. Great buy and a good price.

Really pleased with this. Didn't know what to expect as only ever had a small basic one before. Plenty of choices of programmes and really easy to use the app to choose. Handy that the app tells you when it's finished (even if you didn't use the app to start it) so you don't have to keep checking. Only slight criticism is that it it a little noisy bit people tell me that this is normal.
