Decent tumble dryer, like the fact you can see the water collecting in the door as you don’t have to guess when to empty. You can always fit the included hose to drain it straight to the waste pipe. The WiFi is a bit of a gimmick, but can be useful. When setting this up if you have an older router/modem that only has 2.4ghz then you’ll be fine, but if you have a reasonably new one without the ability to split channels between 2.4ghz and 5, then it won’t work. I’ve found that it needs about 1hr 30m to dry clothes effectively, so if I’m out of the house I get a notification on my phone to say that it’s finished and I can change the settings or get it to run on anticrease for example.

Appears good, uses less electric then my last one, but does take longer to try but I expected that.

Exactly as described. WiFi setup could have been easier but managed to get it working in the end. Excellent service and communication from AO as always. Hopefully will help save on energy costs.

Takes a bit longer to dry clothes than a condenser dryer as dries at a lower heat, however this is better for the clothes and the planet.

I'm really pleased with this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a heat pump dryer - great value compared to other similar ones. The only negative is the length of time for the drying cycle, but that's the trade-off for being more efficient. It has loads of drying programs, and I've found the most useful to be the wardrobe-dry whites and synthetics ones. I particularly like the clear water condenser bin being at the door; you can see at a glance whether it needs emptying. I'm glad I bought it.

Brilliant as live in rented flat so couldn't have vented dryer. We had condenser dryer before, this heat pump dryer is so much better and economical aswell.

Early days, but impressed with this condensing dryer compared to the last one we used. Clothes actually come out dry. Easy to empty water tank in the door (with a alternative option of plumbing it in). Only weird thing is understanding the glyphs for the settings and why the drying cycles are based largely on colour of the washing.

Great product. Large capacity and runs efficiently. Lots of programme options and wi-fi connectivity is a bonus.
