    Great product

    5/5
It’s my first tumble dryer so have nothing to compare it to but so far I love it! Still trying to work out some of the settings but mostly using the eco setting as energy efficiency was the main reason for buying. The water and lint collectors are really easy to access and empty! Great price and prompt delivery with live updates of where the delivery van is. Would recommend.

    Candy Heat Pump Dryer

    5/5
This heat pump tumble dryer easier to empty than my previous condenser dryer. Previous reviews mentioned that it is noisy but i do not gind it any noisier than my previous dryer. I have not been able to link the app to my phone yet but the dryer is great so far

Very quiet great for a busy family.

    5/5
I love how quiet this drier is! My old condenser drier was in a brick outbuilding so this one I've had to put under the stairs because of the room temperature required for operation and I barely hear it. The WiFi was difficult to set up but it works with the same app as my washer and I think the WiFi is a great feature because I never leave my drier running when out of the house in case of a fire, I now have the added reassurance that if left on while out I can turn it off via the app. It does take significantly longer to dry than a traditional condenser but this isn't a negative when I consider the energy savings I'm going to be making. I like how easy it is to empty the water, compared to the cumbersome tank on my old one. I also like the double fluff filter and the ease of emptying that too. Overall this is a great tumble drier for a busy family, not disappointed at all. The programs available on the app are huge. I like the cuddly toy cycle for my children's favourite plushies.

Worth getting a heat pump. App useful but could be better

    5/5
Dryer does the job as it supposed to do. App is basic I was in assumption of connecting to Alexa. But this model don’t have this option I guess. A bit disappointed on this. Drying wise we still trying to find the best cycle for our use . 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Once it’s dried it’s easy to clean the filters . We use the vacuum to clean the dust from filters. Water tank is very easy to empty as it’s in the door. Just make sure you adjust it to fit in the slot on the door. Machine have so many options of cycles on itself. Via app you can create your own special ones or favourites. Still don’t know how to use the take a photo of the garments and make a new fav cycle. It shows up initially . Don’t have much support on the app I guess . I mean no help videos or articles. App have a section for helpful hints and tips which always shows n/a. I initially wanted the similar 8kg smart pro version however the Wi-Fi connectivity made me to go for this one which was £36 more than other . Electricity usage was not a lot difference with the other. BUT DEFINITELY WORTH GETTING THE HEAR PUNP VERSION FOR ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION RATE. This model takes about under 300 kWh / year as per the manuals but usual Condenser ones take 600kwh. So if you do the maths with current price hike you will one way pay the cost. For me I had 10% and I paid £386 for an 9 kg heat pump. So not bad. Otherwise I will end up paying more every month from my bank for electricity. Guess this helps.
