there is nothing to not like as this is the first carpet cleaner ive bought, it does exactly what its meant to do even if you just use clean water. I have only used it twice however I would recommend it to anyone that just wants their carpet cleaner without any fuss. I also like the simplicity of filling and emptying the relevant tanks.

This was easy to put together. And easy to use as well. Went over the carpet once and it did the job.
