Does a great job of cleaning, we have thicker country style carpets as well as "normal" carpets and it does an excellent job of cleaning both. I've knocked a star off because you have to be very careful not to overfill the dirty water tank otherwise it will spill everywhere when you take it off to empty it. Unfortunately the full line is really hard to see once it's full of water and foam.

I have used it once just to clean my rugs/runners. It has taken out lots of dirt and you can see the dirty water and grit which is picked up. My only problem is there is lots of water which comes on the floor when using the machine and one needs to have a towel or two to wipe the water from the floor. Also after using the machine it takes a while to get all the things stuck in the brush and the transparent casing which houses the brush.

Incredibly effective. Great price too. It removed soil trodden in by builders and saved our carpet. Have now done the whole house.

As a 70 year old, I find heavy electrical equipment hard to use. This is so lightweight it's so much easier for me. The controls are straightforward and filling and emptying easy. It doesn't do huge carpets in one go but on a small house I've done one room at a time and its fine. Would recommend.

Bought this washer for my elderly parents as its compact, lightweight and easy to set up and manoeuvre.. It's performance is spot on as they have carpet in their high traffic hallway and its brought their carpet back up like new plus it was dry within an hour of washing so I have rated it a 5 star preforming against its bigger more expensive rivals

I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old with cream carpets. This machine has been a god send. Easy to use and clean. Well worth the money.

Very simple to use, not heavy at all, really effective. Managed to clean a heavily soiled area in an elderly persons flat. Liquid was a great deodoriser. I have disabilities and use this product easily. One set back is the small liquid capacity but it’s so effective it cancels that out Fabulous value, my previous one cost me four times the price.
