It's good but quite heavy to use especially once filled with water etc.It cleans well,deep cleaning stong performance deep down .I would have given it 5 * but the weight lets it down

Used this for my entire house top to bottom...absolutely great machine and you will notice the difference, Lighter than alot of other machines id looked at, very easy to use maintain and clean lots of extra tools for those hard to reach places...A definite yes 5 Stars

My lighg grey carpet was pitted with 2 years worth of dirt/mud, and paw prints, this carpet cleaner did and amazing job of cleaning it up to looking nearly spotless. Another run with it and I think the dirt will be all gone. Ooks a litle daunting a first bug actually really easy to use and it does a great job of sucking the excess water out so the carpet dried in just over an hour. Make sure to read the measurements for the cleaning solution, I accidentally put to much in and wasted a lot, lesson learned.

Brilliant machine, east to set up, and carpet's are dry in the hour. Plus the hand held tool is brilliant for the stairs and car.

I bought one of these cleaners for work and loved it so much I bought one for myself. Really easy to use and the larger tanks are so much better than having to empty and refill constantly. Carpets were left clean and needed very little airing to dry.
