Great product, easy to operate with plenty of adjustable rack positioning.

We've only had the product a short while but first impressions are good, it works efficiently and quietly. The only disappointing aspect is; we do not think our dinner plates are particularly large but unless we arrange them really carefully they catch on the top rotor arm
