Good value product but the switch is a little cheap feeling

Easy to install, looks great and works well. Grease filters easy to remove and can be cleaned in dishwasher. Bright LED lights give good illumination on hob below. Very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this cooker hood as it was a Which? Best Buy. Good looks and value. Fitted by an electrician and is both effective and quiet.

As kitchen manufacturers we use these Neff cooker hoods all the time they are great value for money. They are powerful and fairly quiet. We have never had a faulty one and we have bought at least 20 over the last 5 years. After seeing the price match offer from AO I gave them a ring and they matched the price right away and dispatched on time as promised. Faultless transaction, will definitely use them again.

The item itself is great. However, was advised by AO.com that they don't sell the charcoal filters but recommended another source. This proved not to be the case and I have paid four times the cost I had been indicated.

Direct replacement for previous Neff product bought circa 15 years ago, however new product is about 4mm wider so difficult to fit in existing aperture
