Great product and professional and courteous installation. Was delivered with wrong sized racks but this was immediately resolved with new racks sent out in a few days. Great company to deal with.

This Hotpoint DD2540WH double oven is well built and presented, this was also well protected for transport from Factory to Wearhouse to Customer.

Fantastic double oven which looks really smart in my new gloss white kitchen. Heats quickly and cooks great. I would have given it 5 stars but for the grill pan handle which is a bit fiddly. Hotpoint I think your design team could do better

I have had this double oven for one week and I am delighted with it. If you are looking for an easy to use product then this is it. There are no bells and whistles. It is a fan main oven and conventional top oven with grill. The fan is extremely quiet. Perfect! My last oven had so many options on it which were never used I didn’t see the point of having them. I love the white colour as it blends in with my white kitchen units. My only query is why there was not any information about the ‘burning in ‘ procedure before using the oven. I had to consult the internet as to the length of time required and the temperature to use.
