Great value for money and very easy to use. Came on time and easy to install. Had this oven before but it has been updated in it’s look, much better with the chrome handles. On the whole very pleased.

Well packed item which protected the oven. when opened it looked stylish with solid but sleek parts. Extremely easy to fit and a normal size. controls are simple but effective. Easy to clean which is a winner in anyone's book.

The oven in my mother's kitchen had been complaining very loudly that it was at the end of it's life for some time. Her main criteria for the new oven was that it was white, not bothered about features etc. I was reluctant to base the purchase solely on this criteria and was struggling to find a suitable replacement until I found this Hotpoint. Thanks AO both mother and daughter very happy with this oven . The build quality is superb and she loves the whiteness!!

Only used a few times but so far so good. Not cleaned yet but the area above the grill will be difficult to clean. Pity no roasting tin was included. Colour is a grey white which is fine for us.

Straightforward installation and reasonable operation. Operating the timer proved difficult from day one, the buttons unresponsive and controls not working as documented. I eventually determined that the timer was faulty as it refused to operate at all once the oven was hot. Even though it was reported as faulty within 28 days, Hotpoint want to send an engineer rather than replace it outright. AO were cheap, delivered on time and removed the old oven without a hitch. Hotpoint I will be avoiding in future.

Our only disappointment (by comparison to what we had before) is the 'warm-up' time of fan oven. Other than that, it is a very good product.
